RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Pearson® Cues offers a 15-day return policy with no restocking fee. 

How Do I Return an Item?

If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 15 days of the date of receipt for a full refund or exchange (Shipping is non-refundable, buyer pays return shipping. This amount will be deducted from the refund). All merchandise returned must be in new, unopened packaging and have original receipts. Pool cues must be unused and never chalked.

All returned items must be in new/original condition in which they were received unless returning a damaged item. Merchandise that has been reported as in perfect condition by the customer before return will be charged if the item is received damaged.

A return authorization is required for all returns. Please contact online sales at sales@pearsoncues.com to obtain a return authorization. All shipping costs associated with returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise verified by a customer representative.

If merchandise is received damaged, please note on the delivery paperwork with the delivery person about the damage. If merchandise is received damaged upon delivery, customer must contact the online sales department at sales@pearsoncues.com within 72 hours to report damage and to receive a return authorization.

All original packing material must be kept for return. The customer is responsible for keeping all packing materials, boxes, and documentation for any return. Pearson® Cues is not responsible for any items that are discarded by the customer. MERCHANDISE MUST BE RECEIVED BACK IN THE WAREHOUSE BEFORE ANY REPLACEMENT/REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. The full purchase price will be refunded, less any exchange fees and shipping fees, within 15 days of receipt of the item in our warehouse.
