The shaft came with a “dent” in it; I figured at the time it wasn’t worth going through the hassle of returning it. I sent at least one email on April 16th and another one later on to inquire about the rubber butt and weight bolts. I ordered an 18-ounce cue. It came slightly heavier at 18.3 ounces, not a big deal. I tried removing the rubber butt but couldn’t. I wanted to see if there was another weight bolt that I could remove. I asked if there was another weight bolt I could remove since I like my cues at under 18 ounces; 17 is awesome. Anyway, the 2-star review is due to the lack of communication in answering my questions. I usually don’t do reviews, but I thought maybe there’s a glitch at the Pearson email communication, so hopefully this can serve as good feedback to double check if there is something wrong.

Ran into some issues with trying to order this cue from amazon. (All amazons fault) Gave Pearson’s a call, and let me tell you the customer service alone is worth the price of the cue. They got me hooked up with zero issues, played with the cue as soon as i got it. Its truly more beautiful in person and plays amazing. But the Team over at Pearson is why ill be buying from them again fsfs

I love everything about the Elite Series cue—the design, the feel, the performance. My only reservation is the price, which might be a deterrent for some buyers. If you can afford it, though, it’s definitely worth the splurge.

The Elite is simply amazing. The precision it offers is unmatched by any other cues I’ve tried.
